Nowadays, mobile networks are quite good in most parts of Spiti Valley, especially in Kaza and nearby villages, where Jio and BSNL offer decent connectivity. While internet speed may still vary, you can generally stay connected during your trip.

However, in Chitkul you may face network issues, and at Chandratal there is no mobile network at all. This makes Chandratal a perfect place to fully disconnect and enjoy the untouched beauty of the Himalayas.
