Cancellation Policy

• 20% of the total tour cost will be considered as cancellation fees if cancellation is made before 30 days of starting of the trip.
• 50% of the total tour cost will be considered as cancellation fees if cancellation is made before 30 to 15 days of the starting of the trip.
• 100% of the total tour cost will be considered as cancellation fees if cancellation is made before 14 to 0 days of the starting of the trip.

• All the guests or tourists must provide a valid identity proof while checking in with us. No submission of PAN cards will be accepted. The valid identification proofs that must be carried on are Voter ID card, Passport, and Driving license.
• Some of the Spiti Adventure tours might differ in terms of the policy due to different types of tour time over the year-round. And all of the policies might not be applicable to such Cases.
• The authority of Spiti Adventure reserves the right to change the policies and terms. The changes will be brought to your notice by posting on the website, renewing brochures, or by any other means.

Any compensation, reimbursement of expenses due to losses cannot be paid by us so that the guest is liable to carry the responsibility of the same and when the circumstances run beyond our action due to unexpected reasons (which generally include but not limited to natural calamities, political problems, war, epidemic, airport closures, or other disasters)

We aim to provide guests with an enjoyable holiday. But it is our guests, responsibility to maintain proper action for not annoying others. Guests must be careful about their activities so that they do not provide any negative impact toward others resulting in danger and loss of property. We have the right to abort your tour by canceling bookings of transportation and stay. You will not be compensated against such cancellations. If you are allowed to continue the trip with us, we may impose extra charges after such incidents. We aim to provide you with the best traveling experience with us by permitting alcohol consumption without harming others' enjoyment and journey. We suggest you be a responsible guest by taking liabilities of your injury or loss due to alcohol consumption.

The medical facilities provided by us during the journey might not be instant, as the areas are on the high altitude. Evacuation after any incident of accident or sickness while having the trip might not be fast due to difficulties in communications and roads. Some expected mountain sickness symptoms should be regarded as normal and expected. These include but not limited to sleeplessness, cough, muscle cramps, loss of appetite, nausea, and vomiting. You might also experience cerebral oedema and gastrointestinal discomforts due to high altitude journey. Even if you take food and drinks properly, these might happen to you. So, we request you to prepare your health before starting the trip and get checked up by certified physicians. And Spiti Adventure will verify the certification by the physician before beginning the journey.

I hereby declare that I am known to the risks and dangers of the journey due to the trek/ tour/expedition with Spiti Adventure. The rough roads, terrains, uncomfortable weather, and the high altitude might provide typical discomfort in my overall health and activities. I am aware of the risks that result in injuries due to the journey. The trek/ expedition/ tour might result in unexpected deaths of the travelers. Concerning such sudden loss and death, I confirm hereby that I am eager and capable to do such a tour. I also declare that I have enough mental and physical strength to tackle accidents and damages of the property of which Spiti Adventure is not liable to maintain. I am aware of the declaration which announces all the expected and unexpected medical conditions even after certification of the health. Any pre-existing medical condition might result in worse condition after the journey. I take responsibility for the authenticity of the medical certificate (including any error or missed information) provided to Spiti Adventure. I will bear the expenses of the medical condition of which the tour captain or other staffs have no liability. Any medical condition after starting the journey cannot be the responsibility of the Spiti Adventure.
