  1.  Spiti Valley:-

Spiti Valley is the high-altitude region of the Himalayas, which is located in the North-eastern part of the northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. Spiti means “the middle land” which is the land between India and Tibet.

Spiti Valley is a place of spirituality and peace home to several Buddhist monasteries and beautiful natural sites and most of them are still unexplored. Snuggled in Himachal Pradesh, the valley boasts a jagged landscape that is cut by the pristine and fast-flowing Spiti River, gushing through deep gorges and valleys.

Spiti Valley is often referred to as “Little Tibet” because its land, vegetation, and weather are quite similar to that of Tibet. It rests at a height of 2,745 m above sea level and is surrounded by Lahaul, Ladakh, Kinnaur, and Kullu. You can enter Spiti from Lahaul through Kumzum La or Kumzum Pass, which is located at a height of approximately 14,931 ft.
