Leh Ladakh Tour 6 Days

Arrive in Leh and check in to the hotel arranged for you. Take the day to rest and acclimatize properly to the high altitude and new climate. This will help you enjoy the entire journey comfortably.

After lunch, we will begin a light sightseeing tour. Visit the historic Leh Palace, also known as Lachen Palkhar, followed by the serene Shanti Stupa, located on a hilltop near Changspa. Once you reach the top, you will be rewarded with mesmerizing panoramic views of Leh town and the surrounding mountains.

Later, you can explore Leh Bazaar, where you’ll find essential travel items as well as local handicrafts and souvenirs to take back home. Return to the hotel in the evening and enjoy a peaceful overnight stay in Leh.

After breakfast, we begin a beautiful day exploring some of Leh’s most iconic attractions. Our first stop is the sacred Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, a revered Sikh shrine known for its peaceful atmosphere and spiritual significance.

Next, we visit the Hall of Fame Museum, built by the Indian Army to honor brave soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the nation. It offers a powerful glimpse into Ladakh’s history and military heritage.

We then head to the fascinating Magnetic Hill, where vehicles appear to move uphill on their own, an optical illusion that leaves every traveler amazed. Our last stop for the day is Sangam, the stunning confluence point of the Zanskar and Indus Rivers, where the two rivers meet, each carrying its distinct color and flow.

By evening, we return to Leh and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay, preparing for the adventures ahead.

After breakfast, we will move to Nubra Valley which is appraised by the travellers for it's beauty and splendid views in the entire Trans-Himalayan region. Moving forward, we will cross the Khardung Pass (18,380 ft.)  and is known as the highest motorable pass in the entire world. For adventure enthusiasts, all over the world, this pass is a dream destination. This place will give you such happiness with the picturesque views that should be captured. After that we will drive towards Nubra  Valley, moving towards the North Pullu check post and then through the strait and curvy roads to reach Diskit in the afternoon. We get a chance to explore the Diskit Monastery and the Maitreya  Buddha Statue at the hillock in the valley where the sight looks amazing.  

As we move further, we will go to the Hunder Sand Dunes, which is one of the famous tourist attractions in Ladakh. Nubra is the only place in India where we can enjoy these Bactrian Camel safaris.  We will stay overnight at Camp or Homestay at the Nubra.  

Today, we head towards the world-famous Pangong Lake, one of the most breathtaking highlights of any Ladakh trip. Known as the largest brackish lake at this high altitude, Pangong Tso mesmerizes every traveler with its ever-changing shades of blue.

The drive from Nubra Valley to Pangong via the Shyok route is an adventure in itself. This off-beat road offers raw, untouched landscapes, thrilling water crossings, and stretches of off-road terrain that make the journey incredibly exciting. Every turn presents a new viewpoint that will tempt you to stop for photos. By afternoon, we halt at Durbuk for lunch before continuing our journey toward the lake.

In the evening, you will arrive at Pangong Lake, where the tranquil blue waters set against rugged mountains create a magical atmosphere. Spend the night in a cozy camp near the lake, relaxing under a sky full of glittering stars, an unforgettable experience you will cherish forever.

Start your morning early to witness the spectacular sunrise over Pangong Lake, a magical moment where the water shifts through vibrant shades of blue and gold.

After breakfast, we begin our journey back to Leh. On the way, we will cross the mighty Changla Pass, known as the 2nd highest motorable pass in the world. The region is truly a paradise, with fresh glacier streams flowing along the roadside and breathtaking mountain vistas that make the drive unforgettable.En route, we stop at two iconic landmarks: Thiksey Monastery - famous for its grand architecture and panoramic views. Shey Palace - the ancient royal residence overlooking the valley.

By evening, we arrive back in Leh. Relax and enjoy your overnight stay in Leh.

After breakfast, we will drive you to the Leh Airport for your onward journey.
