Manali Leh Ladakh Kargil Adventure Tour

Today morning  when we reach Manali, check in to the hotel and then go to see the tourist hotspots. People  usually get in trouble breathing and which causes altitude sickness. So, it is advised to adopt  and acclimatize yourself before indulging in any physical activity. If you want to explore Manali you can visit Hadimba Temple, Vashisht Hot Water Springs, Tibetan Monastery, Mall Road. Stay overnight in Manali.  

Please note: Hotel check-in time is between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM. After checking in, take some time to rest and settle in.

After breakfast, we will begin our journey towards Jispa, a beautiful village located along the Bhaga River in the Lahaul region. The drive covers 120 km and takes you through the stunning landscapes of the Chandra Valley, surrounded by towering mountains, flowing rivers, and dramatic terrain.

As we ascend gradually, you will notice the scenery transitioning from lush greenery to more rugged Himalayan landscapes. This route is known for its beauty and is often considered one of the most scenic stretches on the Manali–Leh Highway. Upon arrival in Jispa, check in to your campsite. Spend the evening relaxing by the riverside, enjoying the peaceful surroundings, and preparing for higher altitudes ahead.

Today’s journey is shorter but incredibly scenic, covering 80 km from Jispa to Sarchu. After breakfast, we begin our drive toward higher altitudes, entering the dramatic landscapes of the Himalayan cold desert.

Along the way, we will stop at Deepak Tal and Suraj Tal, two pristine high-altitude lakes known for their crystal-clear waters and breathtaking surroundings. These lakes offer excellent photo opportunities and a peaceful atmosphere.

The route then ascends toward the mighty Baralacha La Pass (16,616 ft), one of the highest and most challenging passes on the Manali–Leh Highway. This pass connects the Lahaul region of Himachal Pradesh with Ladakh and offers spectacular mountain views. By afternoon, we reach Sarchu, a high-altitude plateau that serves as a major overnight halt for travelers. Upon arrival, check in to your campsite and take time to relax and acclimatize to the altitude.

It's time to go to the amazing destination Leh but for that we have to go through the Lachangla Pass  (16,617 ft) and visit the world's biggest and highest Plateau which is around 42 kms, Skyangchu  Thang, and then Pang. After that explore through the Manali Leh Highway which has the most  scenic views and then cross through the Tanglangla Pass through the most beautiful Indus Valley.  We will reach Leh in the evening and stay overnight there.

Today on the thrilling Ladakh tour we will visit Nubra Valley, cross through the World's highest  motorable road in the world, Khardungla also known as K-top. It is also the getaway to Shyok and  Nubra Valley according to the Border Road Organization (BRO). We will have lunch and enjoy Camel  Safari at Sand Dunes in between Diskit & Hunder Village. Spend night at Nubra Valley.  

After breakfast, we will pay a visit to Diskit Monastery which is famous for the biggest Buddha Statue.  Once you reach at the top you can enjoy the most fascinating views of the Nubra Valley. Then, move  towards Pangong through the Shyok river with the stunning landscapes, adventure alongside. In the  afternoon, lunch at Durbuk and carry on the trail to Pangong Lake. Stay overnight at the Pangong  Lake, it is ideal for stargazing or camping. Spend the night under the open sky and the stars will be  the most unforgettable experience for lifetime. We get a chance early morning to see the beautiful sunrise on the lake side. After the breakfast we  will travel back to Leh and on the way visit to Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace. Spend evening in  Leh and stay overnight in hotel. 

Today begins with a magical experience, witnessing the sunrise over Pangong Lake, when the water changes shades of blue and golden as the sun rises. After enjoying this serene moment and having breakfast, we started our drive back to Leh.

The journey takes us once again across the spectacular Chang La Pass (17,688 ft), one of the highest motorable passes in the world. You can stop briefly for photos and to enjoy the breathtaking high-altitude views.

On the way to Leh, we will visit Thiksey Monastery, Famous for its 12-story complex, large Maitreya Buddha statue, and panoramic valley views and Shey Palace, Once the summer capital of Ladakh, known for its stunning location and ancient Buddha statue.

By evening, we arrive in Leh. Relax, explore the local market, or unwind at your stay. Overnight stay in Leh.

After breakfast, we begin our scenic drive from Leh to Sarchu, covering 270 km through some of the most breathtaking landscapes of the Ladakh region. On the way, we will cross: Tanglang La Pass, Moore Plains, Pang, Gata Loops, Nakeela and Lachulung La Passes - offering spectacular mountain view

By evening, we reach Sarchu, where you can stay overnight at a comfortable hotel or camp, soaking in the serene high-altitude environment and preparing for the next leg of the journey.

After breakfast, we start our journey from Sarchu to Manali, traveling through the majestic Baralacha La Pass (4,845 m), offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. On the way, we stop for lunch at Sissu Village, and continue the drive crossing the iconic Rohtang Pass (13,050 ft), experiencing the stunning high-altitude landscapes of Himachal Pradesh.

By late afternoon or evening (depending on traffic), we arrive in Manali, concluding your Srinagar - Leh - Manali Himalayan adventure with Spiti Adventure, a journey filled with unforgettable sights, culture, and experiences.
