    All about the Spiti Tour In April May 9 Days.

    Spiti Valley Expedition is for those looking for a unique Spiti Valley experience during the April and May months. This Spiti Valley Tour  includes comfortable transportation and exploration of some of Spiti Valley’s most popular settlements, including Asia’s highest hamlet, Komik and Kibber. Admire the Ki Monastery and Tabo Monastery’s enchanted snow-covered architecture.

    Due to excessive snowfall, the historic Manali – Rohtang Pass – Kunzum La – Kaza road is closed during these months. As a result, the Hindustan – Tibet Highway (Shimla – Kalpa – Kaza) is the only means to go to Spiti Valley in April to May Month. In both directions, this route will be used to enter and exit the Spiti Valley.

    1. Day 1 Delhi to Shimla

      We have volvo bus for Shimla 9 to 11 pm From Kashmiri gate, New Delhi. We suggest you reach Delhi at 7 pm. Overnight Journey to Shimla.

    2. Day 2 Shimla to Sangla Valley / Chitkul (225 km, 8 - 9 Hrs)

      We will reach Shimla in the morning. Then we will change our vehicle from Volvo Bus to Tempo traveller and commence our journey towards Sangla Valley and Chitkul. It is one a gorgeous place in India and also the last village along the Tibet border in the country. You will be spending the night in the mesmerizingly beautiful location. Hence, you will have no problem exploring the beautiful village. Dinner at Hotel or Camps, spend your night at Chitkul/Sangla Valley.

    3. Day 3 Sangla Valley / Chitkul to Kalpa (60 Km , 3 Hrs)

      After Breakfast we will explore the different locations of the beautiful village of Chitkul. Not only will we visit the Mathi temple and the Chitkul bridge, but we will have a delicious lunch in the world-famous “Hindustan Ka Akhri Dhaba.” After finishing our lunch, we will proceed towards the enchanting Kamru fort that is located in Sangla. After exploring the beautiful sceneries of Chitkul and Sangla Valley, we will head towards Kalpa. We will reach Kalpa in the evening and witness the majestic sunset of Mount Kailash over there. End the day by having dinner and staying in a hotel in Kalpa.

    4. Day 4 Kalpa - Nako Lake - Geyu Mummy - Tabo (161 km, 7 Hrs)

      The next destination in your Spiti valley tour will be Tabo. However, to get there we will be visiting two more places along the way. The first is Nako lake, situated in Hangrang valley near the Indo-China border. 

       

      We’ll travel through the Hindustan Tibet Highway, we shall cross the Khab (Spiti and Satluj Rivers Convergence). The Khab Bridge provides views of the Leo Purygal Peak. We’ll go into the Spiti Valley through Sumdo in the afternoon, following your lunch in Nako village.

       

      Now we’ll go to Geyu Village to see the 500-year-old Mummy, which is a popular tourist attraction. We’ll arrive at Tabo village in the evening. Tabo is known for being India’s and the Himalayas’ oldest continually operating Buddhist enclave. Its walls are covered in paintings depicting stories from the Buddhist pantheon.

       

      In Spiti, there will be a homestay, which is a terrific opportunity to meet locals and eat amazing homemade food.

    5. Day 5 Tabo - Dhankar Village - Pin Valley - Kaza (114 km, 6 Hrs)

      We’ll go to the Tabo Monastery this morning. Another name for this monastery is ”Ajanta of Himachal Pradesh. It contains some outstanding artworks and sculptures. 

       

      After that, travel to Dhankar village, which is the valley’s oldest capital. Dhankar is a captivating village known among locals for Dhankar Monastery, one of the region’s most venerated monasteries, which is perched on a cliff overlooking the beautiful communities.The Dhankar Monastery is the most prominent attraction in Dhankar village. 

       

      We’ll go to Pin Valley if the road is open, where the homes are made of mud. Mud settlement is another name for this location. You can take a little break there and relax with a cup of tea or some food while taking in the nice ambiance.

       

      Then, in the evening, we’ll travel to Kaza. Stay and dine at the Kaza Hotel after a long day.

    6. Day 6 Kaza - Key Monastery - Hikkim - Komik - Langza - Kaza (75 km, 3 - 4 Hrs)

      Today is going to be a full day of sightseeing. After breakfast, we’ll travel world-famous Key Monastery 12 kilometers from Kaza. Then We’ll visit to Hikkim Village, which houses the world’s highest post office and polling station. You can write yourself a letter at the post office to keep the memories of the Spiti tour alive. 

       

      From Hikkim, we will now proceed to Langza. It is known for its enormous Buddha Statue, which adds to the Spiti Valley’s splendour. This location is 16 kilometers from Kaza.

      Another location is the Komik Village, which stands at a height of 15,027 feet and is the world’s highest village. Tangyud Monastery is a popular tourist attraction since it was built to look like a fortified castle and features massive slanted mud walls and battlements.

       

      From Komik, we will go to Langza, separated into two halves, Langza Yongma (lower) and Langza Gongma (upper), and is located at a height of 4400 metres (upper). It has a population of roughly 137 people who make their living from agriculture and business. The statue of Lord Buddha, which overlooks the valley, a historic monastery, and mud dwellings are the most prominent features of Langza Village, which travellers can witness during their stay.

       

      In the evening, we’ll return to Kaza and spend the night there.

       

    7. Day 7 Kaza to Kalpa (208 km, 9 Hrs)

      We’ll return to Kalpa on this day of our journey, which is a nine-hour drive from Kaza. You will be able to see the route’s mesmerizingly magnificent sights as well as have lunch in the midst of Himachal Pradesh’s beauty. You’ll eat your dinner there and spend the night there as well.

    8. Day 8 Kalpa to Shimla (220 km, 8 Hrs)

      Today after breakfast we will travel to Shimla via Rampur. We will reach Shimla in the evening, Shimla is the favourite hill station of most Indians, formerly known as the summer capital of British-ruled India. Shimla is the current capital of Himachal Pradesh and is an extremely popular holiday destination that attracts hordes of people from all over the world. We will reach Shimla in the evening. At night we will proceed to Delhi By overnight Volvo Bus Service.

    9. Day 9 Reach Delhi

      Today Morning we will reach Delhi. Our tour will be end here with lots of Memory.
